Anjalousía

In the flamenco tradition, music is at the service of the dancer; in circus performance, it underlines the movement of the circus artist. In Anjalousía, the guitarist Daniel Barba Moreno and the acrobat Matias Pilet explore a third path. That of the meeting of two universes that do not submit to each other, nor juxtapose, but play together, seek each other out, challenge each other, tease each other. On stage, the duo invents a common vocabulary marked by lightness, softness, humour to embark the public in a musical and corporal experience.
